8/17 Virtual Brown Bag: Contract Negotiation During Inflation

Christie Schauder and David Goldman of Choate will lead a discussion on recent changes in contract negotiation. Topics covered will include “consumer price index” clauses, publications that no loner offer multi-year contracts and how “yearly rate of increase” clauses may be changing.
