Join us for another Brown Bag session about contract negotiations with vendors! Andrea Rasmussen, Latham & Watkins, and Christie Schauder, Choate, will lead the discussion and this year will have an extra focus on negotiating products with AI components. Topics for discussion will include:

 

  1. AI as part of the product offering (minimizing risk to our firm/employer)

 

  1. Limitations on use of AI on product content (minimizing risk to the info provider)

 

  1. Managing expectations of larger vendors implementing AI in existing products and subscriptions
