The annual Business Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2015 (12:00 – 2:00 p.m.) at the Hampshire House.
We will be voting on the slate of officers and important issues pertaining to ABLL’s Articles of Organization. If you are not going to be at the meeting, you must cast your vote one week prior to the meeting (Thursday, April 30th) via email; you will need to contact the VP of Membership, Kara Mack, to request a ballot if you can not attend the meeting.
We will also be announcing changes the board has voted on (such as an overall reduction in membership fees!) that will impact every member, so we strongly encourage all members to attend.
We need to provide the Hampshire House with the final attendee count and entrée selections by Monday, May 4, 2015, so please contact April Taylor (401-455-7606 / email@example.com) before then. The full luncheon menu is listed below, but your entrée choices are chicken, fish, or vegetarian. Please RSVP with your entrée selections by 12 o’clock noon on Monday, May 4th.
