“Phishing attacks use ‘spoofed’ e-mails and fraudulent websites designed to fool recipients into divulging personal financial data such as credit card numbers, account usernames and passwords, social security numbers, etc.” Antiphishing collects reports of phishing e-mails and bogus websites. If you’re unsure of what looks like a legitimate e-mail from a known vendor, this is the place to check.

Look up the medical licenses of physicians around the country. Docboard hosts many states’s records, and provides links to the equivalent state websites for thos which it does not.
